Why should it be accepted: Economy was not very good before and now we have the unlimited supply of the easiest achievable money, the casino. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but this thing will break your server completely and I believe it has already started doing so.
You have given the players to get exponential growth in their money by doing next to nothing and there is no limitation. There is a cash flow of millions here and there like it's nothing (which it already was , now it's just even worse).
People will soon just want to make money instead of participate in any of the other activity that provide the player with money like robbing. It's a high risk high reward, and if you know what you're doing, you're going to end up in a large profit.

Daily gambling allowance of 250K.
A player can only use 250K of his cash to gamble, no more than that. It would reset every 24 hours (real-time). There is really no reason to not consider this, I think common sense checks out and says that there should have been a daily allowance to begin with.

Score/playtime requirement to enter the casino
It's stupid to just let anyone enter the casino, multiaccounting is allowed in LSRCR. So unless you implement this rule, the above rule will be useless since people will just use different accounts to bypass the daily gambling limit. You need to have a good amount of score and playtime in order to enter the casino. I'd say make it more than the playtime and score you need to join swat/army.

Cops and wanted players can't enter the casino.
This one also checks out with the common sense, just like the trade center, if you're a wanted or a cop, you will not be allowed inside of the casino. You can also make it an official rule to disallow DM or any sort of thing that would harm another player inside the casino.

Horse-betting
There's no reason to not introduce horse-betting inside the casino, it's fun like blackjack and with a daily gambling allowance, it won't do any harm.

I think that's all the ideas I have for now, if anyone has anything else to add please add them here. Also if anyone thinks that casino did not harm the economy, I can show you people making over 10 millions only under day and by the end of today, you might even have people earning over 30-40 millions just by gambling alone. If that was what you were aiming for, then you certainly did achieve your task. I don't think that's a good thing though.

Personally, not as huge deal. Like you said, money is already easy to get, this just makes it easier. Plus, it's hilarious watching some players dump THOUSANDS into hitting on a 21. I'm not even joking, I watched three people do that.

As the number one offender of multi-accounting, you best know how little this will do. They'll just work up the account to whatever arbitrary number is needed. It's a very short term fix.

I can't leak anything, but I can assure you this is being handled already, and you cannot play blackjack while wanted currently.

Full support, blackjack is my kick, but I'm 100% on board with other stuff being added. The more content, the better.

We are currently experimenting with how the casino restrictions should take place. Since I am the only one actively working on the server right now (and there are rarely any new features) along with just about 2 or 3 beta testers I cannot make a robust casino system on release and I need live players for it. We've already implemented several restrictions overnight, such as /rob, /rape and a score requirement of 250 (1000 for luxury table in the vault room).

As for the daily allowance, this is already planned to be added in the coming week(s).

About cops and wanted players being able to enter, it will be allowed since the Casino is classed as a normal business, just like any other shop. We will see if this causes any trouble in the future, but it will stay like this for now. If anyone breaks the rules, such as DM'ing or bitching, that should just be handled the traditional way, not by the server (unless there are a lot of complaints about it as of writing this suggestion).

Horse-betting and other games like roulette will be added in the future and is very low priority right now. I am currently attempting to revive some old proposed v10 features that were scrapped.
