Describe the bug: Gambling allowance doesn't reset. I reached my gambling limit about a week or 10 days ago, and since then, it’s been stuck at $1987, I thought I needed to wait a couple of days so it automatically resets but it’s been a week now, which makes me think it might actually be bugged rather than just on cooldown

Steps to reproduce: Reach your gambling allowance, try not to let it hit $0 and keep it below $5,000
