Ok Uche, why are you trying to point out everyone elses flaws in their posts? I'm not sure if you're being cocky or think you are above everyone. There is no need for it and you're basically giving us the impression that you don't really care about being unbanned and might be enjoying mocking us a bit too much. We (Kam and myself) are server staff and are simply trying to keep this unban appeal simple and Agent will most likely be punished, this however, is not up to us. This is all up to the admin who banned you and I really do wish you good luck if you want to find flaws when he posts, unless his reason for banning you wasn't justifiable.
If you want to admit to anything, now is the time or you can wait until the banning admin posts and solves this for you. Until then I'd reccomend you treat the staff a bit better, even if we're stating facts. Fair enough if you knew nothing about the /kill command being something everyone can see, same thing happens sometimes with /rape and other commands. But just wait to find out.
