When did the bug appear: Since the new hit evasion system was implemented
Describe the bug:
1 - You cannot enter houses as a LEO if there are wanted players inside, if you are carrying a hit contract
2 - 30 seconds is not enough time to purchase items from the Black Market, the time limit should be extended to at least 60 seconds

Steps to reproduce:
Carry a hit contract as a LEO, try to enter a house where wanted suspects are inside

LEOs should be able to enter houses when someone is inside (regardless of the wanted level) while they have a hit in the next update. As for your second 'bug report', that belongs here: viewforum.php?f=620
