Why should it be accepted: It's no secret some groups have been very vocal about wanting a way to fill their drug racks without needing to rely on Pagati for deliveries. While Pagati does out best, we cannot be online 24/7 and sometimes deliveries can take a long time. Therefore, I am suggesting we allow groups to use our drug factory in the same way we do for our trucking missions, with a small bit of changes.

First, they would still need to get the supplies from Energ in Ocean Docks, and need two members to create the drugs.

Second, instead of using a roadtrain truck to ship the drugs how we do, I would suggest they use a helicopter (eliminating the need for the gates to be lowered as well) to land in the checkpoint, or a checkpoint nearby to fill their helicopter.

Third, as soon as they start producing the drugs, they would get a 6 star wanted level, as well as be auto-hit by the server with the message "Theft from Pagati will not be tolerated" and it would display as a Pagati hit same as how it does when cops arrest us.

Fourth, they need to deliver it to their own base to complete the mission. It would be high stakes, with both cops and hitmen after them, but they could fill their own racks at least a bit when Pagati cannot be online.

I'm positive with this suggestion. It gives groups a way to fill their drug racks without fully relying on Pagati, while still keeping things fair. The idea of making it risky with a 6-star wanted level and a hit is a great way to balance it.
The helicopter part is also smart since it avoids the gate issue. I’d support this as long as there are limits, like a cooldown or a max amount they can make, so it doesn’t get overused. +1

Important point : But we shouldn't forget the main point - Pagati's current role in drug deliveries. If groups rely entirely on their own deliveries, Pagati will lose their connection to their signature role of delivering drugs to groups upon request.

Important point : But we shouldn't forget the main point - Pagati's current role in drug deliveries. If groups rely entirely on their own deliveries, Pagati will lose their connection to their signature role of delivering drugs to groups upon request.

Pagati offers far more services than just deliveries to groups. This is us stepping up and saying "hey, we do our best, but we're not always around so as a sign of good faith, we'll let you do this.". We still have far more ways to gain leverage.

Well, the ocean docks, as we know them, are utilized by truckers. For those looking to gain score, it would be a good spot around SF or LV.

Hmm... what if we create something like a keypad unlocker that players/group members can purchase from the black market? We could name it "Keypad Unlocker (2)", which would be specifically for drug depots since we have many crack dens that are currently useless.

In this setup, there will be two partners within the same group skin: one partner stays in the car while the second partner goes inside the crack den to complete the task by entering the code displayed on the screen, similar to weapon robberies. That's my opinion.

Additionally, to clarify, after delivery, the max order for the drug depot is 3000 grams, with each order being a maximum of 2500 grams for 37.5k from pagati

The ocean docks spot already exists, as does the factory in blueberry. The suggestion is about letting you use it, not make something new. So nothing new is being suggested, just that already existing systems are given to you
