Today, I've decided to give it another try, and I will do my best to adhere to the rules and everything here. I’ve learned from my mistakes and will not repeat them again. To the S.A. Army, which factions are currently active I know that most members are skilled, and I have teamed up with many of them in the past. I will work on improving my skills even further.

I believe he has the potential to be a great addition to the S.A. Army. His stats and experience show that he is dedicated to the server, and his attitude seems fitting for a disciplined role. I think he deserves a chance to prove himself within the army.

Negative

After reconsidering my decision and gathering more information about Alessandro’s behavior, I have decided to change my vote.

I have seen him displaying immature and irresponsible behavior, such as kicking another player from groups simply for changing his own vote based on personal notes. This kind of reaction is highly unprofessional and proves that he lacks the maturity, responsibility, and trustworthiness required for an Army member.

Given his actions, I no longer believe he is fit for a position that requires discipline and teamwork. My trust in him has significantly dropped, and I do not see him as a reliable addition to our ranks.
