Why should it be accepted:
New players often ask questions in the chat and might get incorrect answers from other players. To avoid this, it would be helpful to add a message in the chat saying, "Need any help? Use /ask [message]." This will encourage new players to use the /ask command, making it easier for supporters to provide the right answers.

Why not? Most of newbies are not even aware the command like this exists, so it would be nice if there would be an automatic reminder on the chat encouraging to use the /ask command in case of any questions/doubts/problems.
Though I am not sure if the command will be more willingly used after implementing such solution I think it's worth to give it a shot.
