Why should it be accepted: Alright, there should be a command that players may use if it's interesting to host an event, given that event hosts are online. This will be useful in the future. For example, players may use /eask, and an event host can respond by using /emsg

Unnecessary, it just make me think that you wanna show off yourself as an event hoster in the server, unless you want yourself to get spammed in game for being an event hoster. We will know if someone is a event hoster once that player create an event and it's by his own means to create one ,not creating one because your name is on the list and getting spammed to create an event. -1111

If someone has questions about a certain event, they can use /e say or /pm the host directly.

If someone wants an event, they can ask for it (without spamming) in main chat or use /e hosts to see the online event hosts to PM them directly.
