Hi everyone,

Due to high demand and the previous set of Luxury Houses being sold out we have decided to add yet another set of them. You can explore them in the short video preview we've prepared for you showcasing the new properties, or you can see them live in-game yourself!



1. How much does a Luxury House cost?
You can buy a Luxury House for 10 EUR (via https://ls-rcr.com/donate/custom/) or 15 DPs.

2. How do I purchase a Luxury House?
After choosing your method of payment, contact Immortal or Veen on Discord and provide the following details:
- House ID
- Interior
- In-game name
- PayPal e-mail / proof (if you have chosen the direct donation method)

3. What extra features does a Luxury House provide?
- Free hotdogs
- Sprunk machine to increase HP
- Free super vehicles (Helicopter, Comet, Bullet, Sultan, Infernus etc.)
- Exclusive skydiving in Los Santos and Alcatraz
- Tow service for personal vehicles
- Radio at the pool

4. How do the interiors look like? Can we choose the interior of the house?
There are 3 different interiors available for those houses. You have the option to choose the one you like the most.

5. Are those houses permanent? Can we sell them to other players?
Luxury Houses are permanent. If you wish you can sell them to other players too (keep in mind that all regular houses rules apply to them). New house owners will also have access to all the perks.

NOTE: Luxury Houses are protected and not donatable. That means if a Luxury House owner goes inactive their houses won't be available for sale.
