Anything else: It's very clear, Kimo_Kimo was abusing an interior. He'd let the 30 second timer laps then IMMEDIATELY go back inside, and I've no idea how the reentry time was letting him do it, so that's likely bug abuse as well.

I'll forward this to the Developers team, however, going inside the interior is not considered abuse. He's free to hide inside, there's no rule disallowing that.
