I am not sure why you would file a report when you yourself are evading your ban. Since KaKaRoTo is the one who was affected/hurt by Luukkii, he should be the one to file the report.

However, I would like to verbally warn Luukkii to be careful when using Army heavy vehicles like Rhino and the rest.
