Why should it be accepted: Once you are cuffed, you are temporaily invulnerable as well as paralyzed, meaning you should not be able to do anything, even use /shock, since your hands are literally cuffed together behind your back, realistically you should not be able to reach for anything, the only command that should be allowed it /bc obviously, if you can just spam /shock with no drawback while you can't get tazed or damaged that is unfair. Especially in the clip below.

That is swat cuff, you can use shock if you were cuffed by a swat member because when you get cuffed you cant move around which lower ur chance of escaping. unlike cops and army you can't shock but you can move around. this doesn't actually require a /shock nerf, you guys got powerful cuff, cant move and huge cuff range. IDK if this includes but i rarely escape swat cuffs unlike other leos. -1

I completely agree with this suggestion.
Being cuffed already makes you paralyzed and temporarily invulnerable, so allowing /shock at the same time doesn’t make sense at all. Realistically and gameplay-wise, you shouldn’t be able to use any combat-related commands while cuffed.

Allowing /shock in that state just leads to abuse, especially since the player can’t be tazed or damaged. Limiting it to /bc only would be much fairer and more balanced, as shown in the clip.

Maybe because when you get cuffed by a cop you can move around and try to escape so you dont have to shock him, unlike swat you get freeze but you can shock and wait for your teammates to help you. That's what my logic says.

this happens very often to SWAT members, once a wanted suspect is already handcuffed and clearly failed the escape, they start spamming /sh instead of accepting the outcome.

by the logic, being cuffed means that ur hands are restrained behind your back, u are already suspended and controlled, so abusing /sh command in that situation makes no sense.

if a criminal wants to escape, he uses /sh whenever he wants but that should be done only BEFORE getting cuffed, not after losing the situation. once cuffed, the only fair and reasonable command that should remain available is /bc. since breaking the cuffs is intended and realistic escape method.

abusing /sh while being cuffed is clearly unfair for the SWAT, especially when the suspect cannot be tazed or damaged during that state. while it affects only SWAT members, not regular cops, do u really see that realistic or fair?
