Why should we accept this: Simply, it should be the same as donation point transfers. Whether a player is online or offline, we can still transfer points to another player or friend. So why wouldn't For example, if you are in the game and want to send JCs to someone who is already offline, then both players should be allowed to be offline and still transfer the amount of JCs.


Note: The same applies to dcs (Duelcard), I know they are useless, but why as same dps/jcs thanks

We had this a couple of years ago but it was removed due to website–server sync issues that caused jail cards to behave incorrectly and be abused
