Here at Pagati, we investigate every new hire thoroughly. While I won't reveal how we do this, it combines multiple sources and channels, and lets us know the character and personality of those who wish to join us. This also means we know when applicants are violating multiple rules, both in our faction and the official server rules. If you think we don't talk to players and staff about our applicants, you'd be very incorrect.
