We’re launching a dedicated Community Promotion Team for LS-RCR to help grow the server, reach new players, and strengthen the community. This team will focus on promotion, content creation, and player engagement across multiple platforms.

Operations Oversight
Senior Contact: Veen

• Oversees all operations.
• Provides tools, support, and resources.
• Guides overall direction.

Team Structure
Lead Community Coordinator

• Manages the team and daily operations.
• Assigns tasks and tracks progress.
• Supports Community Coordinators.

Community Coordinators

• Promote LS-RCR across platforms.
• Engage with players and gather feedback.
• Help improve server visibility.

Responsibilities

• Platform Promotion: Steam, Facebook, Reddit (SAMP communities), and gaming forums.
• Content Creation: Instagram, YouTube Shorts, gameplay videos, and podcasts.
• Outreach: Coordinated postings and answering player questions naturally.
• Feedback: Collecting player opinions and suggesting server improvements.
• Innovation: Bringing new ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Active and consistent individuals.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAMP / GTA communities.
• Creative and proactive mindset.
• Professional behavior when representing LS-RCR.
