I always occasionally look at the tablist for people who play LEO class, it's a skill I learnt through muscle memory purely for keeping track of who plays cop, and If I don't know you, that means I haven't seen you in skin long enough for me to remember, I back this up with the class pie chart from your UCP, please be more active towards LEO.
I noticed from your reason that you're lacking decent communication skills, S.W.A.T. has always had members that are good at English, It's literally the first part of the application test, you need to improve that aswell.
Your reason is unsatisfactory as well, everyone says the same thing, they love this faction, they would do anything to get into this faction, they love teaming with swat, they try so hard to get into swat, etc. You're not special, so I hope you can come up with a better reason next time.
