Additional information: You can clearly see that YassoVandetta used Rhino without /su’ing me. He also used the Rhino gun while Hamoo was there without /su’ing him either. I was not teaming with Eternity at all, and I can even provide the full video if needed.

When I confronted him in-game, he ignored my messages and said, “I have no comment for this.” He also said that this is not reportable and is allowed because he did the same thing with Cover a long time ago, and that report was dismissed.

Rhino rules clearly state that civilians must be /su’d if they are nearby or actively teaming with a wanted suspect. In this situation, I was neither teaming nor involved.

If an innocent (White/Yellow) is in a vehicle with a wanted suspect, you may use any Army vehicles/weapons (while ensuring you follow each vehicle's specific rules), after warning the innocent with the "/su" command and waiting for the timer to expire. If the wanted suspect shoots you first, you will still need to wait for the /su timer to expire for the innocent.

actually am not going to lie I forgot at all I can su white , since its 3rd for me using tank but you were away from the sus and when i started shooting him you just went to my shots, you could just move away i think so?

I’m a chill guy and I normally don’t report anyone. If you had just apologized to me in-game, I honestly would’ve never made this report. Instead, you ignored me completely and your response was “I have no comment for this” and “I did this with Cover long ago, the report got dismissed.”

As for the rules part where you’re saying you forgot, you were just accepted into the new program/unit L26. Before even spawning in Army skin, you should already be fully aware of the Army rules and what is or isn’t allowed.

I’ll wait for the AHC decision now.

Considering that YassoVendetta was accepted under the Unit L26 agreement and was never an Army member before, similar mistakes can be expected from a new Rhino user, as he may not be fully familiar with how aiming works on Rhino.

However, this does NOT justify YassoVendetta's actions or make the situation better. He knows better when it comes to using Army vehicles, and we already have rules in place to reduce such incidents.

For this time, YassoVendetta will receive an official Army warning for Rhino violations.

I would also like to remind YassoVendetta to maintain a good attitude and behave appropriately, as we have seen and received some unfortunate images reflecting poorly on him.

Take this as a verbal warning to work on yourself until the end of Unit L26. If we do not notice serious improvements, it may not be the best outcome for you.
