I want to join and participate in the Hooligans' chases and riots, and to help them out. The Hooligans headquarters is great now, with even more targets. I'll also have access to the vehicles, the weapons depot, and the drug warehouse. I'm fully prepared to serve the Hooligans to the best of my ability and represent them well.
