I can't clearly determine whether Game__Farm used cuffs to search you or whether you were being hostile toward him, unless you have a video covering the incident.

If Game__Farm was actually abusing the cuffs, he is on thin ice. A word of advice, stop abusing, and play fairly, or you could be gone very soon if we do not see real improvements after all these warnings and discussions.
