The system to break Alcatraz now needs 2 player, a getaway driver outside the Alcatraz inside the red checkpoint with a vehicle and the other player must be a hacker with a screwdriver, but before you can hack the system and break everyone out from the Alcatraz, you have to bribe the security first, and only then you can start hacking the system to break Alcatraz.

That is how it works for now.
