Why should it be accepted: Sometimes I can't notice the queries from /ask because of the text color. And sometimes when I answer someone from in /adr they doesn't notice my answer. I think it will be better if the color changes into something more noticeable like light green.

Actually, that was the old color used for staff messages, notifications, and admin PMs. At least for me, and probably many others, we're already familiar with that color, so we rarely miss any messages from players. Admins can also read and respond to questions in /ask, so having both use the same green color could be confusing.
