I'll speak with Z@aaattt regarding this. He was eligible to place a hit contract on you since you damaged and shot him, but the reason he provided was incorrect.

Therefore, I'll talk to him about it, and it'll be verbal warning this time since it's his first offense involving a similar rulebreak.
