At the moment, I can't place my trust in you. We've interacted recently, and I think you could use a bit more time to improve communication and stay calm during disagreements. Keep in mind it's just a game, but those things are important for a team role. I'd like to see some improvement in those areas first, Spend some time with our team members talk to them, be kind to them, We all are hear to enjoy the game, Getting pissed on something that you don't prefer does not always mean you need get toxic.

Anyways I'd be happy to reconsider if you work on these.
