Why should it be accepted:

I've thought about this for a while, I've lost a lot of the insurance money because of the unpredicted timeout/crash as for as the fishes I used to fish and then "immediate timeout", that's pretty common, I think making it persistent would be a great help for players BUT,
if the player /q it SHOULD NEVER save that as we already know some people may abuse this during the fishing period, if there is a way to detect whether the user quit or timed out then yeah that would be great for this!

Definitely helpful especially in times where the server crashes like in the morning (+8 GMT), well Richano did refund us all, some aren't even fishing but still receives a refund.
