After reviewing the video, I'm inclined to give iFace the benefit of the doubt on this occasion.
From what I can see, the first incident appears to be an honest mistake, as you were both moving in the same direction while he was driving through the area.

The second incident does seem somewhat as a ram however, a single ram is not enough to conclude intent.

No action will be taken this time.
