After multiple attempts to speak with Z@aaattt and repeated promises from him to improve, we have not seen any positive changes. As a result, we have decided to issue a 3-week ban on his account for continuously and repeatedly breaking the rules.

Z@aaattt, before returning from your ban, please make sure to thoroughly re-read the server rules.
