After reviewing the video multiple times and checking it closely, I can't really see him crouching.
However, it could be a SAMP desync issue. I'm willing to let it slide this time since we aren't certain, considering it was one unclear time.

Reminder to Daily., if you are actually C-bugging, please stop, it would be better to bind crouching to a different key to avoid accidentally using it.
