1. Kidnapper can set any amount with /setransom <cash>
2. Maximum /ransom limit 100 000$
3. 20 minutes of maximum kidnapped time.

This gives the kidnapper time to /rob /rape and have other ways of fun with the victim when there is no ransom provided

Cool suggestion, im looking forward to something like this, ransom amount should be decided by the kidnaper and the money should be deducted from bank and not wallet
