You're going to reject this idea.As I have mentioned before, there are 2 sides to the coin. The problem is real; LSPD is being pretty often turned into a warzone, which is not optimal for new players. Crimson has mentioned that it had been done before, which further confirms that the issue is real, but it was never addressed correctly.

At the moment I think the best course of action would be to limit the places Bounty Hunters can receive weapons. For example, disable the shop at LSPD and keep only at LSA (cops can still buy). This will reduce the harm by 50% while keeping bounty hunters happy. They mostly hangout at LSA anyways.
BTW, correct me if I'm wrong. You are not administrator nor moderator, how can you "reject" the topic?

The Bounty Hunter class is already one of the weakest classes in the game. Do you even know what its original purpose is? Bounty Hunters are supposed to use /ar to arrest players who escape from jail or Alcatraz. The problem is that nowadays almost nobody escapes anymore, so the class has basically lost its main role. The ability to get free weapons from LSPD or LSA is one of the few things that still makes the class worth playing. It's also helpful for new players who don't have money to buy weapons yet. To me, this suggestion just makes it harder for players to enjoy the game. Instead of removing one of the class's only useful features, we should be looking at ways to make the class more relevant again. Also, without Bounty Hunters picking up weapons and creating action with the police, the crime rate would be even lower than it already is. They actually help keep the crime active.
