Additional information: I don't understand the reason he would stop by here when we are preparing to attack the turfs and start to search every single one of us, thanks to the turf mechanics ,he were unable to ruin our gameplay even further. There is quite multiple criminals uncaught and he chose to protect his "Hooligans" turfs in army skin and bitching at us. He camped there for whole 3 minute to wait for us to become wanted, I assume that's chilling too, if not, that's bitching because he obviously had something better to do than just camping there.

As for Awdallah, if you wanna defend your turfs, do it like a man and spawn in your turfs group, not bitching at us in army skin rofl

This is indeed considered as chilling/bitching in skin. Awdallah is seen waiting around before the turf war had even started. If the turf warzone had already been active, waiting there would have been acceptable. However, since that wasn't the case, Awdallah will receive an official warning for breaking Army rules and providing poor defense.
