I believe you need more time to improve your behavior and attitude. This conduct is completely unacceptable for an Army applicant, an Army member is expected to be disciplined, respectful & maintain a clean record of behavior.

He has been trying for quite some time now, and most people would have already given up after being removed from the L26 Program. Instead, he chose to carry on without giving up, which is something that should be taken into consideration.

From what I've observed, he's also doing his best to improve his attitude and rebuild his relationships with the players. In my opinion, he deserves it.
