When did the bug appear: Since the new forums release

Describe the bug: -
If you're viewing any player's statistics (for e.g: https://ls-rcr.com/user/[Lsrcr]Getrekt/statistics), you can't open UCP tab, shop tab, information tab, statistics tab and donate tab.
The reason being a fault in URL, visiting any of the above listed tabs while viewing user statistics makes the /user/ part stay in the URL, for example, if you click on Shop while viewing user statistics, the URL will change into "https://ls-rcr.com/user/shop/" instead of "https://ls-rcr.com/shop/" which leads to the following error,

It's the exact same thing with other tabs as well, just gives a different name suggestion.

Steps to reproduce: Visit any user profile> click on 'Statistics'> Now click on any of the above tabs on top (from information tab to donate tab)
