Motivation: I am applying because I really enjoy events and I want to become part of the team behind them. For me, events are one of the best things in LS-RCR because they bring players together and make the server more active. It always feels good to see many players joining and enjoying their time.
I have spent a lot of time around events, not only as a player but also helping whenever I could. This made me understand that hosting is not just about starting an event. It is about being organized, explaining the rules clearly, making fair decisions, and making sure everyone has a good experience.
One thing I would like to offer is activity and creativity. I don't like doing the same thing every time. I enjoy thinking of small ideas that can make events more fun and keep players interested. I also enjoy working with other people, sharing ideas, and learning from more experienced hosts.
I know I applied before and I wasn't accepted, but I didn't let that stop me. I stayed active, kept helping, and tried to improve myself instead of giving up. I believe I have more experience now than I did before, and I am ready to prove that if I get the chance.
I understand that being an Event Host is a responsibility, not just a position. If I am accepted, I will always try to be active, respectful, fair with everyone, and represent the Events Team in the best way I can.
Past experience:
I am familiar with the LS-RCR event system and I have helped with many events before. I know the basic event commands, how events are prepared, and how important it is to keep everything organized from the beginning until the end.
While helping in events, I learned how to communicate with players, explain rules clearly, and work together with other hosts. I also learned that every event is different, so it is important to stay calm and deal with situations in a fair way.
I know there is always something new to learn, and I am always open to feedback and advice. If I get accepted, I will continue improving my skills and do my best to help the Events Team create enjoyable events for the whole community.
