Reason: Mega jump bug while wanted
Proof:
Anything else: At the time of the offence (0:04 and 0:33), one player's username did not show up on my screen while they were breaking the rule. But with the help of deductive reasoning, one could come to the conclusion that the player that was seen mega jumping while being wanted was Southeast1022.
