Upgraded to SA-MP 0.3d!

Hello everyone!
We have now upgraded our server to SA-MP 0.3d. You must update your client as well in case
of being able to play on our server. SA-MP 0.3d can be downloaded from SA-MP's website.
New SA-MP version should bring us smoother gameplay, increased FPS, server multi-core support,
new scripting functions and more.
While upgrading server version we also updated script. The update includes following things.
Commands:
/gc (id) (max amount now 250 000)
/r - answer to last PM
/swat - information about SWAT
/army - information about Army
/note2self - make a note to yerself
/notes - view and manage your notes
/radio - manage the radio of the vehicle (internet radios)
NOTE: To hear the radio you must enable radio volume in your GTA audio settings.
Other:
Donation shop has now more Christmas look and special christmas offers -> check it out!
Christmas presents can be found now from the server
Undercover cars fixed
Army spawns with 12 Grenades, Deagle, M4 and Sniper
100 score is required to enter SWAT tank
SWAT gets now 2 score for dragging most wanted
Couple of runtime errors fixed
Command processor changed to ZCMD -> about 10x faster than previous
Multiple bug fixes and efficiency improvements
Music in skin selection
Updates to admin system
Anti-DM fixed (thanks to 0.3d)
Army rank - kills as army
Explosion kills give now score and money for army
Payment of kills for army is now proportional to army level
Christmas map
New skins
Christmas spirit
and more...
