*This is Usher 3rd time ar stealing my criminal.
*He's has been warned not to ar steal for the first two times by me.
*I didnt bother to report him since he's a newbie at first, but he's getting on my nerves that's why I'm reporting him this time.
*This report contains 2 separate ar stealing case.

He was a very dangerous guy so we couldn't take any chances with him, so that's why we did it the way we did with the SWAT team.
