Because selling your house is one of the most trending activities within the LS-RCR community i, Eddy, have decided to found a real estate company.

I am browsing this forum on a regular basis and see too many people getting scammed when trying to buy a house.
The advice people give is to ask an admin to take care of this transfer. But these admins are busy enough.

San Andreas Real Estate will work as a intermediary(or 'middleman') in the buying process and gives a guarantee that every transfer will be executed save, and successful.

San Andreas Real Estate will contain trusted employees in order to give you this guarantee.

How it works

Eddy would like to buy this fine house in marina from you for 70 Mil, but he wants to be sure everything will be done safe.
Eddy will contact a member of San Andreas Real Estate and transfers him the 70 Mil.
When the payment is received, the member contacts the seller of the house, informing he has received the money.
The seller of the house will give the house to the SARE member and in return he gets the 70 Mil.
When the house is successfully transferred to the SARE member, it will be given to Eddy.

The use of the San Andreas Real Estate will be 1 Mil per transaction.

Simpel, and safe.

the admins are busy enough
in the bug reports section you will find a post of Onzie that apparently is scammed by misterdady.i can't be sure if this was a scam due to the lack of evidence nor don't i know if he got his money back but i dont think he has.
I just want to offer players a safer way of buying and selling a house that does not involve admins
