Can you send me a link from another report or more screenshots since your title is named "Again insulting" ?

It's hard to judge without knowing what happened before and i could check the logs but it will cost allot of time for something that simply could been avoid by using /pmoff or just ignore his messages. The insult might be a reaction of what you said or a roleplay intention.
If he continue insulting send me a pm and i will take proper actions.
