There's the hack thread, as you can see on the pictures my character appears to be in the sky but this probbably happend while i tabbed down gta while i were in a plane etc.. I can't remember exactly, look at every picture and you can see I'm not moving either. I'm bugged in the air at the same place, I have seen other people making threads about this aswell since. It's just a bugg that can happend to anyone and I think you guys should consider unbanning me since I would never and have never used any type of hacks/cheats on this server.

Based on the evidence on the report I wasn't 100% sure whether it is airbreaking or not.
Due to the lack of evidence you are no longer banned. You did not move in those pictures, and it is possible to stay still in air for instance using ESC or alt + tab.
