You are a rulebreaker and you have spammed your arrest and taze level so that means that your /status isn't good as I expected. I don't know your real /status so I think that you got only a bit experience as cop and that you are not yet ready. After you got denied make sure you don't rulebreak (spamm) and that you get a nice /status on a fair way.

The admins will decide what punishment you shall receive. It will be probably a warning and some score and /status will be removed.

This is not a reason to give up. This was a mistake but you can try again in 2 weeks.

Nope, this will effect on the votes in 2 weeks but believe me this won't have a hard effect on your apply.
Many rulebreakers changed, stopped rule breaking and they got accepted. This was a accident but we can't give you a positive because your score and status is fake. In 2 weeks this will have a effect on your apply but this won't be crucial in the commander decision.
