i see some houses how have owner, but some of thats owners dont play on the server

and i thing if the server is in all map why las venturas and san fiero dont have houses so sale

Hey.
To Have a House IN Game you have 2 choices.
Buy From a player
Donate For A house.

Buy From a Player
You need to have 200++ score to buy a house,you can ask with one player who want sell it,the player can sell for a ammount [chosing by who selling]. But if have's a price or no you have to pay 1.5millions on the house icon with /buyh.
PS: Make sure you have confidence in that player. Same Players Can Scam you .

Donating For A house.

You can donate for get a House in Los Santos./sf/lv
Note: you can buy any house that is not being used by a player ,or you can take one house for inactive player.
replace: 5 euros
The Price of Donate is 10 Euros.
