This is your 3rd SWAT application. On the first you got denied for cheating (looking at rules on the test). On your second application you got denied for poor shooting skills (0/5). Hmm...you are active as cop and your /status proves it. Your driving is OK but you need to improve your shooting and speed of commands. You also need to re-read the rules and the rules for applicants. You failed to follow rule 7. and your rules knowledge result is bad (3/5). You was also jailed for DM-ing but that happened before 2 weeks so I think you stopped DM-ing. Overall you are an active cop but you need to improve your skills and re-read the rules (and rules for applicants). For now my vote is negative. Don't give up, keep improving and I might change my vote.
