Thanks for that notice Termix.

Now I understand why is your uncuff level so high. You been randomly cuffing civilians and /rp-ing them for fake reasons. Or even worse /rp-ing them 4 times till they are wanted and then you arrest them. Also we don't want DM-ers in our team. This is just another reason that backs up my negative vote.
