Also you can not report for a single DM, try using /report [ID] [Reason]
and if no Admins or moderators are on, try to avoid the situation as best as possible.
Plus the anti-dm would prevent you from being killed from his bullets.

Lelouch is right. Although if I see another report on this player they will recieve a temporary ban since I've had to deal with him a couple of times.
