Beacuse, if they are still playing the server (like Hobo) then everyone know about him. When he left then he will be added in the list.

Sounds stupid...
On a real hall of fame or whatever they are called people who are alive are also posted.
So I find it kinda disrespecting that because they play they can't be added.
You added two people to the list who haven't done anything to the server but you won't add two of the most know generals who have done most to the army just because they still play.
