Scamming is..eh..for example:
If PLAYER#1 wants to buy a house and PLAYER#2 offers a house to PLAYER#1 for a price,then when the Player1# pays the price (lets say 100 milion) and after PLAYER#2 receives the money he wont give the house to PLAYER#1.

I just got scammed for 10mils by epaxe and i got the tag, is that allowed?. I contacted an admin and he said it was okay?

its allowed, its only against the rules if the scamming player has the tag or if someone scams you for more than 30 millions
