How to get?

There are 2 ways how to get a house. First way is to buy from an player, second way to donate for the house. Every way will be explained

First Way

The first way is to get a house from an Lsrcr player.
You need to be carefull, you can get scammed really easy.

If you want to be sure that you wont be scammed, then ALLWAYS buy a house from an [LSRCR] Tagged member. You will be then save from scammers beacuse if an [Lsrcr]Tagged member scamm you, then you will get your money back and probably that player will be banned and will be kicked from swat (If he is).

Advises
  • You need to have 200 score to buy a house.
  • Always buy a house from an [Lsrcr]Tagged member or an S.W.A.T member.
  • If you dont want to get scammed then always buy a house which are more then 30 mil (If someone want a house for that, then pay them 30,000,001$ Then you cant be scammed).
  • Take pictures if you get scammed.
  • Report the player if he scammed you over 30 mil.
  • Please do not ask every player how to get a house.
Second way
The second way is with donating. This is the safest way to get a house, but you need to pay with real money or with donation points.

Advises
  • DO NOT DONATE WITHOUT ASKING YOUR PARENTS!
  • Try to donate with a credit card, beacuse with a mobile phone that will take a long time to get that house.
  • Again, please do not donate if your parents didnt approved that.
