Why U Always give Negative to the new players that have awosme skill and leave them with negative and the tagged and old membergive them postive that dont have skills? maybe the new player play in another server and be skilled Why Dont u give the players Chance in test ruselt? why u always guys love to give negative to players? cuz of insult? maybe he was mad like u guys when u be mad when u get rob/rape/ar/kidnap and insult in main chat and Say [ If You Apply For Swat I will give u negative and make u get denied] WHY? Because U never give him Second Chance Like others. and Dont insult or dm Because We Are learning The new players to not dm and swat dm? WHY?????????????

One of the reasons why old players get better votes is their experience. Usually they are skilled and have many friends (friends will say good attitude and give positive).
In every application I count in this factors to make a decision:
- Skills (IMO the min skills an applicant should have are: Driving 3/5, shooting 3.5/5, speed of cmds 4/5, rules knowledge 4/5, every skill which has a worse result than this should be additionally trained)
- /status
- Activity as cop
- Rules knowledge
- Attitude
- Rule breaking
- Application effort
- Reason
- My personal opinion

As you can assume the old players already know what they need to be accepted (so they make an nice apply), they do not break rules (most of them)... BUT, don't think my I'm stricter with new players. I use the same criteria on EVERY player. The old players can be denied as well the new players can be.

Involving minor offenses players (candidates) will not be removed/denied from their applications.
Swat commanders gives them a second chance always.
It's your own problems why you cannot join team ,why your votes are negative and so on.
We are all equal and have exactly the same rights. The doors are open to everyone. It depends on you whether you will be able to attach team circle or not.
We can only advise you what the other player and should do better.
