First I was thinking to give you a neutral but then I decided negative. Your /status is fine, you are more active as law enforcer... All your skills except shooting are good. You need to seriously train your shooting if you want to get it on a "SWAT level". Your reason is very lame and almost the same as last time. You are inactive; that's my main reason why negative and not neutral. You have been also kicked 2 times; 1 time after the 1st day because of abusing the SWAT bomb and second time on the inactivity check. Be more active, train your shooting and you might get another chance in SWAT.

Not recommended.
Firstly, he was kicked on the day after he was accepted the first time because of abusing the SWAT bomb.
And not to mention his brother told me he was sad when he lost his SWAT rights the first time. You're just gonna make him even sadder.
And improve your shooting.
