6.Do not bring someone's history in a report. For example: "Remember you dmed me a month ago" etc...

It's pretty clear to me that you said something that provoked him, and it was very insulting, and you didn't want us to see it. Seeing as you blocked the whole chat, I can only make that conclusion. Please unblock the chat, or no action will be taken.
